My inspiration is the aftermath of the 2019/2020 bushfires in Australia. Billions of animals were lost accelerating their vulnerability to exist in their shrinking habitat advancing some from VU to EN and CR status. Excessive clearing of the land for development and logging has also had an alarming impact on our native fauna and flora. It is shameful that our iconic Koala is now deemed Vulnerable heading towards critical by 2050.

Linda was born in South London, immigrating to Perth WA in 1982. She is a practicing artist exhibiting in numerous group exhibitions in Australia and OS and had17 solo shows. Studies include BA Honors in Visual Arts (WA) and Masters in Drawing London University UK in 2004.
