My artwork depicts the endangered species The Red Panda. I was inspired by the fact that it so resembled my past and present cats and dogs. With this in mind it made me think about how as pet lovers it would be unbelievable if our cute and cuddly friends should become endangered...so whats the difference? As a Pastel Pet Portrait Artist I loved the idea of depicting "RED" on the red list.

I have been a professional Artist for over 38 years having started my own business whilst gaining a B.A.Hons degree in illustration. Initially from a small market stall "Only Originals" has grown to become a Studio/Gallery on the historic Barbican, Plymouth,Devon. My love is pastels.
